“How long until I get my order?”
We do our best to get your order packed and on its way within 48 hours of receiving it. During busy times—like sales or special events—it might take a little longer. We ship everything via USPS Ground or Priority Mail. As soon as your shipping label is printed, you’ll get an email with your tracking number. Just a heads-up: it can take up to 24 hours for tracking to show updates.

“What if I don’t like what I ordered? Can I return it?”
Because we custom-cut fabric just for you, we don’t accept returns. The only exceptions are rare cases where we made a mistake—like sending the wrong fabric or cutting your yardage short. If that happens, please email us right away at hello@shopkurier.com so we can fix it!
We’re not able to accept returns for things like color differences (screens can be sneaky!) or if you simply change your mind. Thanks so much for your understanding and support!
