Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Sometimes things don’t fit right, the color isn’t what you wanted, etc. We understand and want to make the return and exchange process as easy as possible for you.
Due to the fact that most items are made to order, we only offer store credit/exchange on regularly priced items. *All sale items and custom orders are final.
We will gladly refund or exchange your order for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. We will issue a digital gift card to be used whenever you’d like.
Start a Return/Exchange
You are able to return or exchange your non-sale and non-custom orders, within 14 days of delivery, for store credit only.
*All sale items are final sale.
Step 1: Notify Us
Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you’re returning your order. Please include your order#, your name and the email you used to make your purchase.
Step 2: Mail your Return

(If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.)
Step 3: Return Approval & Purchase Code
Once they reach the shop and we are able to inspect the item(s) and approve the return, we’ll email you a digital code that you can use to repurchase the correct size, color, etc. you need. Unfortunately, we can't rush any returns - we run on a “first-come, first-serve” basis to be fair to everyone. And if you’re not sure what you want - don’t worry - the code never expires, so you can always wait to decide.
